What we collect

When you fill in the "Book a call" form:

• your name, business name, email and phone number;
• your answers: where the work is piling up, what you would like to improve first (if you write it) and your monthly revenue range;
• whether you agreed to be contacted by phone, text and email, the exact consent wording you saw, and when;
• where you came from, if the link you used carries it (for example ?src=ig or utm_ tags).

When you book a time, Calendly sends us the links that identify your booking. Calendly handles the booking itself under its own privacy policy.

To stop abuse, we turn your IP address into a one-way code (a salted hash) to count requests. We do not store your raw IP address. A security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) may run on the form.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• to reply to your request, schedule the call and prepare for it;
• to follow up about your request by phone, text or email, only if you agreed;
• to keep the form safe from spam and abuse;
• to understand which links bring people to the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies to market to you.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you check the consent box on the form. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

Messages are about your request: scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email us.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who helps us run the site

We use a few service providers to host the site, store form submissions and run our scheduling and records. They process data on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting);
• Supabase (database);
• Calendly (call scheduling);
• Cloudflare (domain, email routing and the form security check);
• our own customer records system, which we build and run.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are talking with you or working together, and after that only as long as we need it for our records or the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by writing to logan@lugoraconsulting.com. We answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights under local law. Write to us and we will help.

Security

Form data travels over HTTPS and is stored in a database that only our server can reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who and what can access your information.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
