What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you request a call. Booking a call is free of any obligation for both sides.

Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Information on the site

What you read here is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Examples and demos use sample data and show how our systems work, not results we promise for your business.

What you send us

Please give accurate details and only information you are allowed to share. Do not send passwords, payment details or your customers' private information through the form. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, get around its security checks, send spam through the form, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

Our content

The text, design, logo and code of the site belong to Lugora Consulting. You may read and share links to it, but not copy or reuse it as your own.

Other services

Some parts of the site, such as scheduling, are provided by other companies (for example Calendly). Their own terms apply to them.

Limits

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we change them, we update the date below.
